In addition to over 20 exhibition designs for this university art museum in St. Louis, Escher GuneWardena has designed numerous interventions over the past decade within the original museum building by architect Fumihiko Maki of 2005.  Projects included the redesign of the Bernoudy Gallery in 2010, Visitor Services Area in 2011, and the Atrium Bookshop, Café, Teaching Gallery, and Video Gallery in 2018 along with the reinstallation of the permanent collections in the Bernoudy Gallery and the new James Kemper Gallery in 2018.
